Links2Care offers a variety of programs and resources to Halton Hills families, caregivers and children from birth to 12 years of age, including Early ON Child and Family Centres and Links2Kids Before & After School Care. Participants can access support and information on child development, parenting, and early years services from professional early years staff. The goal of these programs is to encourage healthy development, social opportunities, relationship building, and knowledge sharing.
