A few kind words from our amazing employees.

I love this job. I have a very supportive leader. The wage is better than other places. They value my job. Commuting from one place to another on the same day can be very stressful, but I find this ok because the salary is fair and they pay mileage. my clients are very nice and independent (most of them) and when that is not the case, my leader has my back and helps to improve the situation efficiently.

Personal Support Worker

Best place I’ve ever worked. Working in social services can be toxic. Links2Care is the opposite. The work is challenging. The support and culture is amazing. Sadly it’s taken me many years to find this incredible balance of challenging work supported by respect, guidance, true understanding of the pressures of work-life balance. I know my team has my back. An awesome place to work.

Community Navigator

A typical day starts with going to a clients home. I ask what is going in their life (health, family, etc.). I then start cleaning (dust, clean, laundry, washing dishes). I visit two more clients and finish off my day.
The most enjoyable part is the satisfaction that you have helped someone who can’t help themselves, along with making them happy by talking to them, and if they have a problem, see if management can assist them further.
