We believe that caring for our communities begins with caring for our people. Our employees are the heart of our organization. Whether they are supporting older adults, children and families, caregivers, volunteers, or community members, they bring compassion, professionalism, and dedication to every interaction. Their commitment to service, combined with a genuine desire to help others, creates a workplace culture built on trust, collaboration, learning, and mutual support.

Links2Care is strengthened by a diverse and experienced workforce that shares a common purpose: improving lives and building connections. We celebrate achievements, support one another through challenges, and recognize the contributions each person makes to our mission.

Over 30 different programs and services are delivered throughout Halton Region, Mississauga and South Etobicoke by a team of dedicated and caring professionals. Links2Care employs approximately 170 full and part-time staff, 140 of whom are front line staff directly supporting the people in our communities. In addition, approximately 210 people volunteer and donate 10,000 hours of their time each year. Leading the organization is the senior leadership team listed below.
