Links2Care offers a variety of programs and resources to Halton Hills families, caregivers and children from birth to 12 years of age, including Ontario Early Years Centres, Family Resource Centres and Before and After School Care.

Ontario Early Years Centres are places where parents and caregivers can:

  • Take part with their children in a range of programs and activities
  • Get answers to questions
  • Get information about programs and services that are available for young children
  • Talk to early years professionals, as well as other parents and caregivers in the community

 

Parent & Child Programs:

Check out these interactive programs that you participate in with your child. Parents and/or caregivers are welcome. These programs include:

  • Adult and Child Together (Drop-In)
  • Time for Tots (Drop-in)
  • Family Together (Drop-In)
  • Mother Goose (Registered Program)

Resource Library

Books, videos, tapes, articles, parent/child kits and other supportive resources are available in the Georgetown and Acton Centres during program hours.

Our Links2Kids School-age Programs provide Before and/or Afterschool Childcare. We offer a J.K./S.K. Program for children registered in the Full-Day Kindergarten program as well as a quality program for children Grades 1-5. Links2Kids is licensed through the Ministry of Education and is actively participating in Quality First. Quality First is an initiative providing all licensed child care programs in Halton Region with the opportunity to participate in a developmental model for quality improvement.

At Links2Kids School-Age Programs we are committed to providing high quality, supportive, family centered school-age programs for children. We work every day to provide a safe, nurturing and responsive environment that supports the growth and development of the whole child.
